Decorate a shoe with a bit of turquoise flair to show your support for fashion and congenital diaphragmatic hernia awareness. The color turquoise should be visible on the outside of the shoe (soles will not be considered part of the decoration).
THE DETAILS
1. Contest runs from Friday, January 1, 2010 until Sunday, March 7, 2010.
2. Each entry must be received by March 7, 2009 to be judged in the contest.
3. All entries must be accompanied by a $30.00 application fee and a completed application (securely affixed to and inside the shoe box). The application fee can be submitted via Paypal or check made payable to The Parker Reese Foundation.
4. The contest is limited to one entry per individual.
5. Submissions can be made either in person or via United States Postal Service.

6. The submissions will be reviewed by a panel of judges on March 20, 2010 and the winners will be posted on the website and contacted directly.
